Everyone at some point in their life will experience joy, happiness, peace, as well as disappointment, pain, rejection, and possible trauma. Your experiences impact you emotionally, physically, and spiritually making it difficult to determine how to maintain the momentum to thrive or let go of those things that do not have value. Alicia Dalton and Sharon Lawrence will take you on a journey about their lives. You will see that some of their experiences regarding forgiveness, pain, and rejection are not so different from yours. They will provide insight as well as emotional and spiritual support for your journey in order to forgive, let go and move forward towards wholeness. Join them on a journey of healing!

Alicia Dalton has over 20 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field. She is a former substance abuse counselor and a Master Level Healthcare Administrator who promotes quality healthcare services. Her passion is to support, assist, and empower agencies to utilize Best Practices while serving others and to ensure excellence while doing so. She believes in providing quality care to
"under-served" patients and emphasizes an Holistic Continuum of Care approach. Mrs. Dalton realizes the importance of bridging the gap between treatment and discharge. For this reason, she aids in connecting agencies to adjunctive services and other community resources to help clients live their best lives. Her leadership of doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists, and administrators has produced seamless workflows and service delivery in various health settings.
Alicia enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and family. Over the years she has created many recipes and blogs about her international travel and love for coffee on various social media platforms. She is also featured in a documentary: Woman of Faith-Coping with Trauma, where she along with four other women speak out about their trauma experiences and how they used faith to overcome. Alicia is also the Co-Author
of: The Let Go: Elevate Your Destiny and Forgive. This inspiring book explores the path of two women and their journey to forgiveness and how it ultimately helped them realize their destiny.
Mrs. Dalton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Siena Heights University.
